Thank you, Dee, for re-posting your incredibly beautiful "autumn stroll" video for us --- I just LOVED it! ... In Canada, the foliage is still green and it's a record-breaking 23 degrees C today -- very warm for October 11th!! Sending you much love, Dee, and hope you're feeling better. ❤

Shuffling through the leaves is wonderful. Love Fall. Love your sweet videos. I stated to go Trick or Treating at age 58, and will be going again this year at age 61. Best time of my life! (Second childhood and a full face mask). Everyone should try it again at least once. 😄

Absolutely gorgeous, Dee!! The leaves remind me of a poem I wrote about my late sister - it would have been her birthday yesterday. She would have been 73. I'll pop it in an email. It might make you smile xxx

Morning Dee. Beautiful. How do you find these areas where there aren’t loads of other people milling about? Here there’s noise and too many people. Sounds odd, I know…but that’s how I feel sometimes. Here, where I reside, we all must rake our leaves and bag them up and leave curbside (sometimes for weeks) before the land management sends someone to pick them up. My aching shoulder isn’t going to ever get better. Poor Mother Nature. She’s so soothing at times….yet she can sometimes be devastating. I blame many greedy humans (big corporations, factory emissions, fossil fuel, coal sludge dumping … and a lot of ‘indifference’) for that. But I will forego my ranting, for now. Your walks remind me of how the area was (where I resided) when I was a young child. Dirt roads, trails, trees galore, little winding paths, etc… It gradually changed. Sad. I believe a nuclear power plant was built in the area years ago. My old big home has been gone for many years. Thank you for sharing this magical view for us to experience. You do know your birds, don’t you? And…I’m sure all those trees, plants and the pond truly enjoyed having you visit them. It’s been a ‘down’ kind of day for me. It’s nice to hear your voice and the rustling of the leaves. Enjoy your day. Hugs to you and Myschka. 🍂🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🧡❤️🧡❤️🧡

This is my all time favourite place to be. It is a converted quarry with the gardens in them constructed by a man for his wife. She was in a wheelchair, so access in most areas is good. How wonderful to have someone do something so wonderful for you. There are lots of different bits - all inter-linked - and even if there are plenty of cars in the car park, it never feels as if there are lots of people around. The icing on the cake - they have lovely volunteers who are ready to chat and the coffee shop is great. Take care. D
