In the video, you mentioned that we can interpolate only a few trials instead of the whole channel, but it seems like using eeglab, I can only interpolate the whole channel, there is no option for several trials. Can you explain it a litlle more? Thanks!

I'm not an eeglab expert, but I think you can do this by writing some code to (1) identify channels per trial that you want to interpolate, and (2) interpolating only those channels in only those trials. You could do this in a loop over trials.

@@mikexcohen1 Thank you for responding, I think doing it in a loop over trials is feasible ! And your videos are great, they do help me a lot.

At 7:55 there is the recording before the artifact at Cpz, Fpz and Fp2 are denser before the artifact (the yellow one) but becomes normal after. Why could it be like this and should they be removed?

That's probably due to a bit of muscle tension in the face that was released. I guess the participant her their eyebrows raised, then they did something to cause that large artifact, and then they relaxed their face afterwards (just a guess). That artifact is small and constant over time, so I wouldn't worry about it.

What if I have 150 GB of EEG data ? Eye-blink removal using ICA and other automatic methods aren't a problem. However, looking through all data and searching for artifacts in the specific epochs is impossible

Good point, Aleksandra -- manual, visual inspection is really powerful but it's not arbitrarily scalable. For a huge amount of data, you'll have to switch to automatic cleaning methods. The data quality is likely to be lower (noisier), but the trade-off is that you'll have more data to work with. Still, I'd recommend picking a subset of the data to look at carefully to make sure the automatic methods are doing a reasonable job.
