Thank you for the video. I just purchased 2 pair-a wrap legging pair & a low cut at City Electric in Gallup. The store has a workshop where they make them onsite.

I make Sioux hard sole moccasins. I would really like to know how the Navajo style of moccasins are made especially the forming of the white sole.....I am completely stumped on how they are formed.

Thank you. I have worn moccasins like these since I was a teenager? I know how to make a Replcement sole, but not how they are sewn. No stitching shows when done. I have been making planes beaded Mocs got most of my adult life. Do you know anyone who could explain how Apache Mocs ( cactus kickers) are sewn in the front where the front tab fasten to the sole?

“City Electric” in Gallup NM. I’m a Navajo living in Seattle and they were so great and professional about shipping my Moccs out to me on time for my wedding.

I was always taught to not wear pants with my moccasins, I’m a girl, does anyone know why that is? Significance?

Thanks so much for this vid! It is so important to do these. I would suggest, strongly, that Ms Roessel try and eradicate "umm" from her vocabulary though. There were, umm, sometimes, umm, as many as four, umm, "umm"s per sentence. Otherwise she is a wonderful presenter. Thanks again.

Do you do video presentations? I get so nervous I can barely speak when being filmed. Public speaking is very difficult for some people.
