Yep! Keep using tape on your forehead. I am 45 years old and have been a lifelong side sleeper. It finally caught up to me in my late 30’s and I started getting a really bad crease in between my eyes from it. Started using tape between my eyes at night around 3-4 years ago, and now the wrinkle looks better than it did when I was in my 30’s. As long as I tape religiously, every single night, the deep indentation that was there four years ago, stays at a very fine line.

Say what you want but not creasing my forehead in my sleep has absolutely slowed down that aspect of the aging process. How is it temporary and not a solution when you’re basically freezing your forehead for 8-10 hours of the day? Botox does the same thing but with more risks and higher cost.
