Always respect the Diaz brothers, always picking the hardest fights. Always just wanting the toughest fights cause wins aren't really what matter to them. They always seem to put up a good fight and each loss is literally nothing to the grand career and legacy they made because they always look pretty good in the fights.

Nick was one of the best under the radar in the 2000’s. Dude had cardio for days and only thing Nate had over him was BJJ. Nick was better at everything else. Boxing, Cardio, Pressure, and Power. Nick been through more, so it’s taken a bigger toll on him

Nick Diaz went 5 rounds with the greatest off all time at 185- and he was never in true danger of close to being finished- that says a lot about the skill of Nick Diaz. That said- that takes nothing from Anderson- the man was an incredible fighter, even far past his prime.

Both great fighters, I miss Anderson Silva so much, definitely the reason I am an MMA/UFC fan to this day. Cocky but good, but his Respect and love in the octagon is what sticks with me🕷️💙 Grats to Diaz to such a talent aswell. Never gonna forget watching Silva's last UFC fight I still tear up

Diaz's boxing is extraordinarily underrated. Penn's a ridiculous natural talent at boxing and Diaz pieced him up in the middle of round 2. Diaz was almost going even with Anderson Silva and arguably beat Condit. Crazy.

Ive seen this fight quite a bit. 2 pretty cocky fighters that love to taunt. But I noticed Silva kept mirroring Nicks moves like in an, "Anything you can do, I can do better, way. Nick was taunting but Silva was being smooth with it.

Love how Nick was trying to get Silva to throw more and get in his range by the taunts, Nick is a very fight savvy. At least he tried though, like he said St.Pierre was to scared to fight Silva lol. Didn’t nick have an elbow injury that hindered him throwing his jab? I remembered him saying when he extended his arm it would lock and he couldn’t pull it back in, but he didn’t pull out he just said fuck it.

Lol GSP wasn’t scared of Silva. By the time GSP came back, Silva had only won 1 of his last 6 fights, and got popped for steroids, which GSP was a very vocal opponent of. Why would he have fought a roided up, washed up bum like Silva when he could fight for a title? And don’t forget he beat Bisping, who Silva couldn’t.
