Improve Soccer Ball Control at Home, or in Start Your Training Sessions with this Soccer Drill.
You can use cones, or just the free space without the cones.
Players use their right foot for 90 sec, followed by left foot for 90 sec, and finishing with both feet freestyle for 90 sec.
There is a small break in between.
You can also start with both feet, left foot, finishing with right foot.
This soccer ball control drill is simple and effective in maximizing the players touches in a short period of time.
Encourage creativity from the players with their touches.
