Ling Chi offers a simple Chinese Landscape lesson featuring a foreground mountain with foreground plateau and a misty peak in the background.
In the process she introduces two new brushes. The first is the Mountain Bamboo brush with blends the versatility of an Orchid Bamboo brush with the bouncy energy and propensity for texture of a Mountain Horse Brush. The second is the Turning Vine brush which a slim bodied smaller hard brush with a very clever tip.
She is also painting on a Vintage Pi Paper which is a 15 year old semi-sized mulberry paper which provides the moisture control and propensity for texture desired in a landscape paper without sacrificing vivid and vibrant color display.
