Recipe used in the video(21cm*21cm*6cm at 95% full):
• Daikon radish / Mooli 白蘿蔔 1400g (Turnip cake is a confusing name as it is actually not turnip)
• Dried shrimps (蝦米) 30g
• Dried scallops (乾瑤柱) 30g - optional, can be replaced with more shrimps / sausage
• Chinese sausage (Lap cheong 臘腸) 100g
• Shallots (乾葱頭) 60g
• Rice flour (粘米粉) 290g
• Wheat starch (澄麵粉) 30g
• Liquid (Water drained from soaking dried scallop, shrimps and cooking daikon radish 瑤柱水+蝦米水+蘿蔔水) 650g
• Salt 鹽 2tsp
• Ground white pepper 白胡椒粉 2tsp
• Brown sugar 黃糖 1tsp
