Preparation
1. Combine sifted flour with salt, soda, baking powder and cocoa powder.
2. Combine cottage cheese at room temperature with soft butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Grind with a blender to the most homogeneous mass. If there is no blender, then rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and beat with a mixer
3. Add eggs at room temperature in two steps, beating thoroughly after each addition.
4. Add flour mixture in two steps. The mass turns out to be thick.
5. Finally, add chopped chocolate (any) and candied orange peels.
6. Put the mixture into a mold and flatten.
7. Bake in an oven preheated to 160 ° C on a medium level without convection 50-60
minutes.
8. Finished cake under the fingers has the same consistency in the center and around the edges.
9. Remove from the mold and cool completely.
