This week we have been working on a DIY project in our backyard as we prepare for our new Tuff Shed to get installed at our house! We decided to build a gravel shed pad where we will be having the shed installed in the coming weeks. We used 4x4x8 treated lumber for the perimeter of the shed pad and used 1/2" x 1 foot rebar that we hammered through the 4x4 wood into the ground to be sure it held into place. We also used heavy duty weedstop fabric to make sure nothing grows through once we have our shed on top. Be sure to check out this satisfying video of us at work while we prepare our gravel pad. This timelapse shows over all about 6 hours of work for us to transport the gravel from the front yard to the location of the pad, level it out, and backfill the surrounding area with dirt and mulch. If you have any questions or recommendations about this project please drop a comment below and don't forget to subscribe it really helps us out a lot! Be sure to tune in to our upcoming videos as well will show when the shed is getting installed as well as the start to finish of this entire project from what it looked like before and after. Remember, that life is always an adventure when you are slightly outnumbered and if you have more kids than adults in your family you definitely know how it is! Check in with you all on the next one! Take care!
