Hello sir, i am very happy to see someone with this attitude. U know i am an Orthopaedic surgeon and 40 yr old. Seen and delt with a lot of sufferrings of people. One day i fell prey for this internet addiction and got into world of fantacy. Life was screwed up. When i woke...things had changed. Its a pity that most of us get into this world of 'Maya'. I am now cleaning all that junk i had let to deposit. Its really good to see that u have realized thing at a very early age and educating people about it. Dont know you will read this or not. But right attitude......keep the good work. Please read Balagangadhar Tilak's 'Geeta Tatparya'.

people, this is a channel (and even more so, this specific video) about improving yourself and becoming smarter. Please, stop typing 1st or 2nd or whatever number your view was. Nobody cares if you were 1st 10th. Discuss about the video, its content or if not even that, you can appreciate the work done by this youtuber if you liked it. But no, some people will dump all the self improvement things they learnt and will comment how they were 1st or last..!!

Hi Shewtabh, There are lots of problems which are not immediate. I have a problem of not knowing the structure or method to follow after which I will be sure of the material I read. Even If study or learn something like a formula or any notes, for n time, still I am not sure if I will be able to recall it when needed... Even after so many years of schooling. I have tried many ways of my own and few others posted online and books. But not so much progress. I am not sure, what is the trick that based on which I can say I have a full recollection. I can be a sure. Because this one of the common topics needed to everyone on how to learn. one more is right and left confusion, I tried my thought of viewing my watch before deciding! In a concious well thought process I can resolve it. In an uncouncious effort I always get it wrong,While looking at map and directing someone who is driving, in that moment I say it wrong, because my unconicous system is trained to be wrong, so I came up with lazy alternative that think opp of what I think, which is correct. Even with this I still have not solved the problem.

Words remain words only if they do not enter in your head properly and gets fixed. I am also thankful to this man I feel now I can give up the things which wasted so much energy and time of me and concentrate or enjoying things which are productive and fruitful only.

But the way you reacted to that comment seemed like you have a grudge against women for some reason. Which you could have none of my business. But your bitterness goes to show that ladies still have a degree of power over you. Women can do whatever they like. Let's just not care. And yes, feminism is cancer, mgtow is the way.

He is so right! One day I just had this idea come across my mind, "Ask myself a question and write the question down, then answer it truthfully no matter how brutal it was", the answers I started righting down shocked me!, "Fear held me back from almost everything a I wanted to do" and then I start asking myself and writing "Well what do you think is the solution? I'm telling you, it's changing myself, I'm becoming more bold and less fearful, because "I know myself", think about it, if you understood yourself 100%, How would your life be then? Your sex and financial life what would your lifestyle look like, it's all about self mastery, ask yourself anything and everything, your brain has the answers, but they are almost dormant until you ask the right questions. It's awesome!

1- You always need to think to workout your cortex so it can grow 2-I agree about thinking then looking for complementary answers, because it gives the possibility to use your cortex 3-I disagree with you when you say you don’t have to look online or use self help books because: A-you cannot experience everything and you can’t have expertise on everything so taking the butter in a short time from someone who spent their lifetime on experimenting that subject matter is gold B- when you think you use your Cortex which is slow and only 40 bits/second so you cannot process too much information however your subconscious mind can process up to 40 Mbps which 1 million time faster and can help you solve a problem 1 million time faster, however the good news is that there are some technics on how to nurture your subconscious mind (ex: visualization) In my humble opinion intelligence is how much information you have in your mind + how fast you can process that information So: 1-how much information you can get it from books, online, classes.. 2-how fast you can process that information is how in a good shape is your cortex so you have to train it Sorry for not giving references, it’s just a KZitem comment however you can find everything online, Google is your friend ;) Have a good one folks 😊

THE JUGAADU MASTER If you are on a computer you can also adjust the speed of a video. Most people use it to speed up a video when they think someone is talking too slow. I like to let words sink in, so I prefer slower speech. I'm not sure if you can slow it down with the speed adjustment or not, but it's worth a shot. I frequently find myself pausing a video to read something. Especially on the really annoying videos where the words spoken are one thing, and there are completely different words on the screen. So I have to pause each screen to read it, because they never show it long enough, AND I have to watch again and just listen. Very annoying.
