Oh wow! I know this is a year old now, but I have been looking for something like this for a while now. Thank you for making this video and for making it easy to follow.

Thanks. That was helpful. Is there a way to have multiple pages? So that if a user scores 80% or more in module 1, only then he can go to module 2.

It's a good question, one way of doing that would be to create a separate page and give the user permissions to that page based on the following logic, if a score (can be saved in sharepoint list) - add user to a specific sharepoint group (the one who has access to the next page). Other option would be to use some SCOM packages.

Thanks for this video, I am new to sharepoint pages and I wonder if it is possible for example to set a number of pages - let say stage1, stage 2, stage 3 etc, and make each next stage available only after the previous stage is completed or viewed?

you should be able to do it by using power automate flow, for example if a sgage 1 is complete, publish stage 2 or add user to a specific group (permissions based) which have access to stage 2.

Thank you, this is what I was looking for. I am new in sharepoint and I need to create LMS for our company for our employees. Is it possible to somehow create groups, where I can put different people and they see different documents(specific documents for their work)? And also in PowerAutomate set the reminding of expiration of the training? Thank you!

Hi, thank you. Yes you can either use sharepoint audience or just custom groups with different permissions to specific pages or document libraries. Also you can use power automate to do any kind of reminders based on specific expiration dates that you can store in a sharepoint list of something like that. If you budget allows, you can also consider using ready made solutions like sharepoint lms - www.sharepointlms.com/
