INGREDIENTS
-1pc medium size sliced chayote (sayote)
-1pc medium size sliced carrot
-1/4tsp salt and ground black pepper
-300g chicken liver marinated in 1Tbsp soy sauce, 1Tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2Tbsp worcestershire sauce, ground black pepper for 30min.
-2pcs chopped onions
-8cloves chopped garlic
-750g pork belly sliced into strips
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-2Tbsp fish sauce
-mixture of 1 and 1/2Tbsp oyster sauce and 1/2Tbsp liquid seasoning
-water enough to submerge meat (add more water if needed)
-about 2-3Tbsp slurry (2-3Tbsp slurry cornstarch dissolved in 3Tbsp water depending on how thick you want the sauce to be)
