A device that's taken me 9+ years to track down: an Exide 969R corridor remote fire lamp, running off of 120 VAC. These lamps were some of the first visual notification devices used widespread on automated fire alarm systems beginning sometime in the mid-1960s. The general design of this lamp was utilitzed for Simplex Time Recorder's infamous 4040-60 and 4050-80 series of plates, the latter of which were offered right up until sometime around 1980 until the 2900-series of devices were introduced.
This horn and trim plate was owned by thesdx, and the lamp was owned by jjinc24. Two KZitemrs of whom have had a major impact on me with this hobby.
