Very interesting that you decided to re-render as HDR. Happy to hear your thoughts about the reasons why. Just very curious!
@DiscoveryWalkingToursTV
3 жыл бұрын
I initially uploaded the Orchard video with the intention for it to be HDR but I rendered it incorrectly. It's a bit nuts but it takes KZitem 3 whole days of processing the footage to mark it as a HDR video. So it's alot of trial and error (plus KZitem processing time) to understand what's needed to upload a hdr video. Not to mention the colour grading is alot more work. As for why I choose to do it, I just wanted to pick up some new skilsets. Always wanted to know how Seoul walker, rambalac and virtual Japan do it. Took me awhile to re-engineer the process but I think I got it 😊
@AmbientWalking

I watched the video twice...once from my TV (60"Screen 1080p60), as this is what I normally watch your videos on. Likewise, I watched the video once from my phone (Motorola G Play, auto settings 720p60) to see if there was a difference. Everything seems to be okay. However, it appears that my phone automatically makes adjustments to videos, to give the best suited (viewing) quality videography wise...it does this regardless of the settings of the video creator....hope that helps.
@DiscoveryWalkingToursTV

Thanks for the feedback Candy 🙏😊 sounds like the display you have doesn't have the HDR functionality. That's okay. Eventually majority of the phones and television sets will move into this technology. I was unaware of the HDR tech (even though I been filming for awhile) until by chance I saw it from my handphone display. I rarely use my handphone to view videos so I was shocked by the vivid colour and brightness difference. It took me awhile but I think I understand how to film and render it to KZitem. So now I'm just wondering if viewers can see the difference (after all not long ago, I myself wasn't aware of what HDR can do)
