Thank you for this. It’s so easy to drink water and yet so easy to get behind on the intake that I should have.

you are welcome! I know how easy it is...I constantly need to monitor my intake (even now after all these years!) ...and honestly, I still fall behind occasionally. Thanks for watching.

Thank you so much for your healthy lessons for singers. I’m a singer after a surgery on my vocal cords. You gave me an advice in comments with another video. Now I use my humidifiers - portable and home. I drink at least 4 liters water per day, I steam my voice twice a day and use a portable nebulizer when I have a performance. I’m from Belarus and vocal health education in our countries is horrible. Thank you so much again!!!

you are very welcome! your water intake is perfect. no need to drink more then that. Steaming is ok as its good for getting gunk to move off your vocal cords, but the nebulizer is probably not necessary. A good vocal warmup is better. I also like the body to become climatized to dryer weather (winter is coming) that means you body will work better for you. So you might find all the steam and nebulizer may be a bit of overkill. Hope everything vocally is working better! in terms of your warmup, I'm beginning to edit a new video on just that - give me a week or so. THIS IS NOT A SALES PITCH , but I just added a new vocal packages section to my website (link on home page) and a personalized warmup is one of them. might be something to look at if you don't have something like that already. Cheers!
