Singing Bowl Breath Meditation | 5 Minute Sound Meditation
This is a 5 minute sound meditation focusing on the breath. You may sync your breathing with the sound of the singing bowls by using the instructions below:
The video features two singing bowls: the bowl on your right represents an
INHALE, the bowl on your left is an EXHALE.
As you hear the bowl on the right being played INHALE (slowly through the nose for 4-5 seconds)
PAUSE and hold your breath for approx 5 seconds
EXHALE (slowly from your mouth for 7-9 seconds) when you hear the bowl on the left being struck.
Repeat.
