SINGLE BUNS WITHOUT EGGS AND MILK sandwiches
To prepare lean buns you will need:
For semolina -
semolina - 2 tbsp.,
water - 1.5 cups,
sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
salt - a pinch
yield of ready-made semolina - 150-180 gr
To knead the dough -
warm water - 200 g,
yeast - 15 g,
sugar - 50 g,
salt - 0.5 tsp,
vegetable oil - 50 gr,
flour - 500 gr.
These buns are thin, so I grease them with a solution

tea - 2 tbsp.
Bake on medium heat at 180 for 35 minutes.
