How long are you able to work on this exercise? After 3 minutes, or 4-5 jumps in a row, i am breathless... (another thing i have to work on!)

Hi! I would work your way up! So maybe start with 3-5. And for this, don’t worry about doing them in a row right away either. This is just to get the feeling and control of the jump. If you are feeling comfortable and want to take it to the next level, you can try with 2 in a row, then gradually increase to 5 if you’d like.
