Ingredients:
1/2 kilo hipon
bunch of chop kamias
2 pcs sliced tomato
1 sliced onion
1 sliced eggplant
3 pcs sliced okra
bunch of sliced sitaw
1 small sliced radish
Bunch of kangkong leaves
Pepper to taste fish sauce to taste.
Procedure:
1. In a pot of boiling water, put kamias. Boil for about 5 minutes.
2. After 5 minutes, using a spatula squueze down on the kamias repeatedly.
3. Next, add tomato and onion then let it boil again for 5 minutes.
4. After 5 minutes, add hipon. Simmer until changes color.
5. Add vegetables, okra, radish, sitaw, and eggplant. Simmer for about 2 minutes.
6. Season with pepper and fish sauce to taste. Give it a taste. Add kangkong leaves. Simmer.
7. Turn off fire, serve while still hot. Enjoy!
