Ingredients:
For Tamarind Broth:
Sampalok (Tamarind) 1 Cup
Water 1Cup
For Cooking:
Water (from washed rice) 3 Cups
Gabi (Taro) 1 pc medium
Ginger -thinly sliced ½ thumb size
Red Onion -sliced 1 pc medium
Tomato - quartered (sliced) 3 pcs medium
Yellow Fin Tuna 350 gms
Radish - sliced 1 pc medium
Okra 3 pcs medium
Green Chili 2 pcs
String Beans - 3" cut 3 strings
Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp
Sampalok (Tamarind Broth) all extract (refer above)
Salt ½ Tbsp
Kangkong (water spinach) 1 bunch
