Very nice!!! Just wanna ask a question... when you soften the noodles, is the stove still on when you put in the noodles?

thanks for watchung @glim3841... to answer your question, 1st I cook noodles in freshly boiled water until its 75% done. the last 25%, drain then transfer noodles in another wok this time with some broth to let noodles absorb broth for that yummy umami taste.

How to make the broth🙏
@ThePlushHavenMom
2 жыл бұрын
hi Anet, i usually slow cook the pork and chicken meat toppings that I need in a pot. And add some pork bone marrow or pork ribs and let simmer as you would your usual bone broths.

@@ThePlushHavenMom thank you! May I know if how long did you boil the broth? Thank you so much!
@ThePlushHavenMom
2 жыл бұрын
@@stella4706 I usually slow cook my meat toppings together with the bone broth, for the chicken - 2 to 3 hrs, pork - 4 hrs or until tender. while the bones I remain to slow cook for half a day to make it more flavorful.
