Ingredients:
• 2 medium-sized apples
• 1 large cucumber
• 1 cup of fresh cranberries
• 1 lemon
• 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
• 1-2 cups of water (adjust for desired consistency)
• Optional: honey or agave syrup for sweetness
Instructions:
1. Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly under running water.
2. Core the apples and cut them into chunks.
3. Peel the cucumber if desired and cut it into chunks.
4. Rinse the cranberries.
5. Slice the lemon into halves and remove any seeds.
6. Peel the ginger and cut it into smaller pieces.
7. In a blender, combine the chopped apples, cucumber chunks, cranberries, juice of the lemon, and ginger pieces.
8. Add 1-2 cups of water depending on how thick the juice is.
9. Blend the mixture until smooth. You can strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth if you prefer a softer consistency.
10. Taste the juice and adjust the sweetness, if necessary, by adding a small amount of honey or agave syrup.
11. Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately. You can also add ice cubes if desired.
