I would give this boy attention because thats what he wants, but I wouldn't give him the mantle of leadership to decide where we should all go as a country. Leadership is a complex thing and it requires people of all age groups to be involved. Indeed this is what the Constitution envisages. All forms of discrimination is outlawed by the 2010 Constitution. If you were expelled from school, whether Alliance or Kisumu Girls or Kagumo, is that a strength or a weakness? Are you supposed to be celebrated on account of your expulsion from school? Who even mentions Alliance High School in 2024 when we already know that Kimani Ichungwa also attended the same school but that hasn't translated into leadership ability...
@allankiplimo9752
2 ай бұрын
Kimani ichungwa did not wrong anyone to vote for the finance bill. that is what is needed to widen tax base for a country to grow. go work ! do not be lazy. you could not make it to alliance high school because of mental shortcomings at kcpe level

Kasmuel does well in speaking here, but he needlessly disparages the Bible and the role of parents in helping people to cope with mental illness. Nobody can beat a good parent in handling. Rather than disparage parents with a broad brush, he should have encouraged parents to learn what to do, and for those with mental illness to work with family members to recovery. Kasmuel begins well by encouraging the reading of the Bible (I agree daily Bible reading expands the minds like you can never know), then he almost nullifies that by disparaging the place of the Bible in healing. Christ healed two demoniacs!

So is he telling our kids to rebel to be expelled. One thing to have brain and another thing to perform. That the problem we have in Kenya, we think if someone is a good motivational speaker we think of a leader. No!! Those are 2 different things.

I listened through the video and picked different lessons. 1. We should go for therapy when going through depressing issues. 2. As a parent I need to be emotionally mature. 3. Childhood traumas if unaddressed can affect us. 4. Forgiveness is one thing, deal with the issues. 5. Never give up on your children. Even the most errant child can still turn around and become a straight forth human being. Didn't hear him telling kids to rebel or justifying his suspensions from Alliance.

For all I can see, this recording was made more than a year ago before the current Gen Z demonstrations started. For your information, being eloquent in speech and having a sharp gift of the gab does not disqualify one from leadership, or make one a non-leader. In fact, it can be a plus in winning a leadership position. Think of George Bush senior Vs Bill Clinton, John McCain Vs Barrack Obama. The flipside is also true, case in point is Winston Churchill. An awful public speaker but successfully served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom two times It goes without saying that with this young man, McOure, it's not just about his eloquence; he's witty, smart, well-read, empathetic, intelligent, etc. I've seen him showcase his brilliance in several social media platforms such as Engage long before the Gen Zs started demonstrating. Lastly, Kasmuel seems to be like by a majority of Kenyans, at least, judging from the comments here.
