hi there, new subscriber! I have been using the allies barrier cream for a couple of weeks now and really like it. I also did a niche haul during the sale and purchased the peeling pha cleanser, vit c serum like you plus the peptide and ceramide serums. want to give them all a good trial before November.

Thanks for subscribing! I've been really liking the AZID serum since I got it. AoS barrier cream too early to tell but it did calm my face after applying tretinoin and I was surprised my face still felt soft the next morning! Would love to get an update on the ceramide serum once you've used it more 😁

@@michxmash I like the ceremide treatment so far. After 1.5 years of tret, slowly working to 0.1 sensibly, I started peeling, really badly. Never sore but layers of skin coming off. At first I thought it was product pil but soon realised it was skin. Gone back down to 0.05 and used the ceramide under cicaplast balm before tret and all good so far. The ceramide treatment makes my skin feel strong and sturdy if that makes sense. I trust its doing good. Def want to try the azelaic acid soon.

Thanks for sharing about Niche Beauty Labs. I had never heard of the brand and the azelaic acid serum looks good! I'm using prescription 15% generic Finacea gel right now. Do you find the serum to be just as effective as the Finacea? I use tretinoin as well and my main concerns are preventing acne and fading hyperpigmentation. Are there other products you've tried that are good for hyperpigmentation? And I just started using AoS barrier balm and really like it. It helped calm some irritation I had when I bumped up from .05% to 0.1% tret.

So far AZID seems pretty potent because I noticed my skin becoming sensitive when I was using it daily! I do find it quick at reducing inflammation (BPO however is still a tad quicker). For hyperpigmentation, I noticed the simple act of adding hydrating layers to my skin significantly speed up the healing time! In combination with actives that help target pigmentation, I found it rather effective (keep in mind I'm specifically referring to post-acne red marks).
