Get Zizek's 'I WOULD PREFER NOT TO' t-shirt (or hoodie) here:
@haraldisdead
Zizek always sounds like he's mocking Zizek.
@cheerinyew
The day someone works out how to get a high quality audio recording of zizek without significant noise, they should win the Pulitzer Prize

@dorfmanjones
Zizek just got tongue tied. That's because it wasn't so much a question as an accusation.
@rederickfroders1978
Guy asks a question and then doesnt want his answer
@K55365
Nice deflection by Zizek. The Cubans in America don't have a lobby like AIPAC that dictates the political discourse of the American Congress and Senate.
@saifalwawi7967
I'm a Palestinian and i find that guy's comment us so disrespectful to Zizek and his philosophy, complete misunderstanding of what he was trying to say during the whole thing.
@renkuro1221
Zizeks patience and poise is unbreakable i swear
@SierraSierraFoxtrot
Zizek was far too polite to this raging antisemite.
@rubentorregrosa9722
People who are uncomfortable with the positions Zizek is questioning with the Palestine/Israel conflict saying he is just a puppet, he doesn't commit to the cause, he just corrupt and so on, are the type of people who need to hear him. Don't you see what he is doing? He knows he has an international audience that will push back on being critical about the conflict, he is not just giving another annoying joke here. Now more than ever people like him are needed at their best.
@MrMilkymilk12
You can tell Zizek is utterly perplexed at the bigotry nature of the question, which borders on (19th century) antisemitism. I mean, how do you even begin to explain that there is in fact no international Jewish conspiracy pulling the world's purse strings. It seems like Zizek doesn't know if to answer the question itself, which explicitly questions why he is supporting "the Jews", or to answer a question regarding his--not really support--but mere acknowledgement of the pain and injustice that was and has been inflicted upon ISRAEL.
@filipmujic
Christoph Waltz will play the best Slavoj Zizek some day
@brettsynd
I would have liked Zizek to have called out the revolting anti-semitism of the questioner explicitly, instead of offering the truth as a counter argument (in my opinion). "The Jews are BEHIND..". I mean seriously?! He should have been expelled from the room for stating such poison.
@MxLee192
For those who say Zizek should have just raged at this guy and cancelled him as an anti-semite.
@markhasleton6403
The usual anti Semitic trope.
@TheDonteventalktome
That dude was being incredibly antisemitic I’m sorry. Zizek should have called him out even more than he did honestly
@cipaisone
Perfect behaviour from Zizek
@roderbergis4038
i was there, the worst part was, that the antisemit left directly after his second question leaving poor zizek here speaking to the void for half the time lol
@gigatremor9756
Was this the questioner's first time meeting Zizek? He should know to wait at least 30 minutes before saying, "see you have no answer".
