Slideboard workout to improve your Skating
Here is a slideboard workout I use regularly in my transition period to work on technique, skating position and strength endurance.
Workout:
1min Slideboard
30sec One leg squat right
30sec One leg squat left
1min Slideboard
1min Two leg squat
1min Slideboard
30sec One leg squat right
30sec One leg squat left
1min Slideboard
