FULL BODY Slimming and Toning 45 Min
Full Body because we're going to work the entire body: arms, legs, back, shoulders, abdomen... this time using 3 and 5-kilogram dumbbells in each hand depending on the exercise. Cardio because we incorporate intervals of aerobic exercises (jumping jacks, scissors...) in between the strength exercises to maintain a high metabolic activity throughout the routine and add fun and movement.
It is very effective for mobilizing and burning fat. By combining aerobic exercises with anaerobic exercises, fat burning will be high both during and after the workout, as there will continue to be a high post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), resulting in high energy expenditure.
After completing the 45 minutes, you will feel that you have done a super complete workout. And if you can't finish it, don't worry, practice more times and eventually you'll complete it. The important thing is to adapt these exercises to your physical condition and intensity, and to notice the benefits such as increased muscle mass and reduction of body fat.
It is very important for women to have optimal health and proper hormonal balance to incorporate weightlifting exercises 2-3 times a week.
