I am doing this workout for 2 weeks. I will record here my progress. Weight: 58.3 kg I will do this workout in the morning with another workout of hers. I will try to eat healthy and reduce sweets to a minimum and dring enough water. Day 1: ✅ -> it was kind of good Day 2:✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10:✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ❌ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ Omg I am so proud of myself, that I actually did it. I wasn’t so focused on losing weight, and that’s why I kept my motivation up. Of course I wanted to loose weight, but it would only take myself down, if I don’t see any results. But now to the results: I am feeling more stronger now. My waist is a little smaller. I have lost some of my tight gab. End weight: 56,7kg Since I missed the 12th day, I will make up for it tomorrow.

If you want to get more flexible you can try itzy\blackpink inspired stretch workouts. Itzy one helped me a lot and jennie's one is focusing on your legs

You're probably just in the phase where one is growing rapidly. Everybody has that phase around your age. I also grew 10cm in half a year when I was 14. Besides, it also depends on what time of the day you measure your height. You are taller in the morning than in the evening (too lazy to explain why right now)

As a person who did 2 weeks or more the le sserafim intense workout and have Kazuha abs I tried this as i still need to fix my legs and arms this was the first day, I will update if I will notice some changes! c: (It was easy but it still feels the pain😊)

You should do massage with a foam roller and especially stretching and I suggest you should keep your legs 90° against the wall fir 15 min atleast before sleeping That will really help your legs

I've been trying to do this 21 days in a row (3 weeks) with some diffrent workouts. Eats maximum 1 600 calories without sweets, only healthy food.
