Great review! I opted to get the Slingshot Dialer 130 back in 2018. I didn't like the mast track (it's weird, doesn't let the nut pass in and out), but the Dialer is an amazing platform to start wind foiling. It pops right up with any wind pressure and remains very stable on the foil. I opted to get the wind foil academy mast set (12", 20", 30" and 35") masts. I also upgraded the front wing to the Infinity 84 to stabilize the ride in light air. I have used it 60+ times, and am interested in getting the Levitator 160 as a lighter wind option as the 130 is really useful with a 6.0 and smaller.

I regualarly use a 4.5 up to a 7.5 with my Dialer, but I have also tried an 8.5 and 8.8 with limited success. My sails range from 1995-2019, the majority of them dating back to the early 2000's.

I forgot to mention the weight. The board bare came in around 20 pounds. Slingshot doesn't publish anything about their construction which I find annoying. I can tell you that, at least at the front, there is a carbon layup because I repaired that area. Not sure if the whole board has a layer of carbon or not. Not sure what's under the footstrap area or around the mast step. Assuming the foil box area has a healthy carbon layup. Regardless, the board is relatively light, stiff, and sturdy. The quality is not, in my opinion, at the same level of a top-line Starboard, Fanatic, RRD, etc.
