I hope your health is improving ❤Your timing is IMPECCABLE! I’m knitting a shawl pattern that has leaning increases worked one stitch after the first and one stitch before the last, but didn’t like the way the edge stitches looked on the original pattern. I decided to swatch with an incorporated i-cord edge trying different techniques, but the holes were bothering me. 😂 This is PERFECT THANK YOU!

Thank you! Well I have one more for you that you might want to try (the increase is fully symmetrical so it might not quite work for you at the edges, or it could be perfect)! I am using this technique in my next design. The inventor is @assiabrill and the increase is called Twincrease. You can find her original video here - kzitem.info/news/bejne/kZWVsmmMeoGQdWU Let me know if you like it and if it will work at the edges of the shawl.

Do you always knit through back?

Yes and no. If I knit and purl in the round my stitches are positioned correctly and I knit thru the front. if I work flat, my stitches are turned so I have to knit thru the back. When I purl, I grab the yarn from under the needle not over the needle, and that changes the position of the stitch on the needle.
