Ninco had a range of 1/28 cars called Xslot. Porsche 911 and Ferrari 430 were two of the limited range I remember. Circa 2005 but did not last long in production not having the popularity and long production runs of their 1/32 cars. Some cars and parts can still be found without the collectors premium prices that the Ninco Classics in 1/32 and Go Karts in 1/18 command.

Does that mean ur a Holden guy ?!?! (I’m American and prolly one of the small percentage of Americans who actually know about Holden). I think the whole Ford (mostly falcons) VS Holden (Toranas, Commadors, Morano)thing is super intresting . I’ve always read stories in magazines and watched on tv shows that the Legandary Bathurst race was just a large fist fight between Ford supporters and Holden Supporters and occasionally a race happens lol but I’m sure that’s overblown but I find the rivalry really cool and I’ve always wished there was more big rivalries like this. Aswell as Australia’s GM having a lot to do with 2 of the coolest cars of all time The legendary Lotus Carlton sedan of the 90’s and ofcorse the Thunderous Maloo (see what I did there) as you can tell I’m a big car person and through out my younger years I’ve collected as many hot wheels as I can (mostly only real cars) but I feel like I needed a step up and this seems to be the logically next step. This was very helpful and I’ll definitely be watching more cuz I have a feeling I might have some more questions.

Great video as usual! Started out racing HO scale AFX and Tyco they are awesome. Moved onto the custom HO hobbyists cars on wooden tracks. Then to Carrera digital 1/32 and 1/24 scales they are all awesome! Your limiting factors are space and money. Kerp up the outstanding content!

Another early scale used from the late fifties was 1/52. This was only made by Wrenn for their Formula 152 system. Right from the start their system was designed to enable two cars to run independently controlled on any lane but had primitive lane changers. Used AC vibratory motors until near the end of production around 1966 when Triang took them over and Wrenn concentrated on getting Hornby trains in production again. The only video I have seen of Wrenn in use is from Sam's Trains. Sam's Trains is amazingly successful with 107k subscribers concentrating on UK model trains. One of three Wrenn 152 vids he made give some good detail on the system : kzitem.info/news/bejne/05upvausrqCih3Y The large Swanston St based Model Dockyard shop was the main outlet in Melbourne and was unusual that they sold high end 1/24 parts and Wrenn but not Scalextric.

Awesome video Travis! I am an HO scale guy, I also collect 1:64 diecast like you, (hotwheels and kyosho). Really love your Ho scale slotcars that you have there especially those Nissans😍. May I ask what brand is that Porsche? Looks awesome as well.

True HO scale is not 1/64 scale . HO is 1/87 . The original Aurora cars were 1/87 When they went to AFX they became 1/64 .

I wish there was a 1/28th scale. 1/32 is slightly small and 1/24 slightly big for me.

Can 1/32 cars run on 1/43 track? For example can a scx 1/32 car run on an scx 1/43 compact track?
@thatslotcarguy

I'm guessing technically yes if the guide fits but I'm not sure why you would run a bigger car on a smaller track
