In this video, I'll make a Pork Belly dish and show you how to use these principles to make different dishes.
【Ingredients】
* Pork - 1000g (1/2 Pork Belly, 1/2 Picnic Ham)
* 8 eggs - 500g
* Dark Soy Sauce 30g (~2 teaspoons)
* Sugar 30g (~2 teaspoons)
* Rock sugar 45g
* Rice Wine 120g (~1/2 cup)
* Hot water 500g (~2 cups)
* 5 stalks of green onion
* Ginger small chunk
Special Ingredients (Fermented Bean Curd)
* Fermented Bean Curd 15g (small chunk)

Note: Ratio of sauce to Pork + Egg (1500g) should be about 5%. Below I added other sauces to encrich the flavor that adds up to 5% (~75g). If you want to not use the "special ingredients" below, just increase soy sauce quantity to 75g.
