Found your channel recently and find it very informative. I launch my Warrior 165 from Saltash. Out on Friday, was the only one fishing off the Stone and wondered why. Wind picked up and basically surfed my way back in. Prior to going to the Stone I was about 6 miles south of Rame Head/Whitsand Bay. Lots of birds working and was able to catch a few bass although only one was big enough (50cm). They will be in their masses soon. Great channel and really surprised that you don’t have many followers. Keep up the good work and perhaps we will meet out at sea!!

Many thanks and glad your enjoying. Always a good measure with the Eddy is with the commercials, if there are none then generally the bass fishing is tough going out there. Glad you found some birds working, there hasn’t been the same numbers of this happening this season I’ve found, hopefully the season picks up and we should get into full swing in the coming weeks. Re the subscribers- Although there are a few old videos on the channel that I did some 8yrs back I have only really been doing any regular stuff and pushing it for the past couple of months and the numbers have been very steadily growing so hopefully that will continue to be the case 🤞🏻

great video buddy and well done on your first use of the amazing JOKER Slammer. It's my most popular jig, its so vertatile and helps on the more challanging days too. Great to see lots of other anglers finding out about it now. Cheers Matt

End of the day it’s not about catching anglers, it’s about what the fish want to eat and they definitely enjoyed eating the pink and gold Slammer lol

Thanks bud, glad you enjoyed 😎 the reel is a penn squall 300 left hand wind. Might not be the purests choice of jigging reel but I also have a savage gear sgs 10 lever drag jigging reel and the penn is much better and more enjoyable for the job imo.

Nice video, but there a lot more to slowjiging than just jerking it up and down. That can be done with any rod and reel. Learn the difference between the jigs and how they work and also whether your jigging tip up or down alters the action of the jig and how quickly they flip. Some are meant to glide others fall horizontal. Also get rid of the level wind they have no place in spj.

😂 I was actually appreciating your comment until I got the the remark about changing the reel!…. Fishing snobbery at its finest and the sort of opinion that helps to keep youngsters and newcomers out of the sport 👍🏻
