When you can't find duck breast the leg works as well! It doesn't look like it, but it was pulling away from the bone, and the skin was really crisp and tasty. I believe duck leg skin turns out better than breast most of the time. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chilli, etc.
I lost a bit of the video on the potatoes and gravy making, but we can pick that up in another video. The gravy was a bisto but i made it with shallots, garlic and tomato instead of stock or wine. A second veg wouldn't have been out of place on the plate, but i had to save room for some chocolate cake!
