Finally someone who speaks my mind. And also an apartment like these must have costed him at least almost $1000 considering the rent in NYC are ridiculous.

@@crazy961234 "at least almost $1000" lol which one is it?? at least 1000 or almost 1000? loljk. i disagree my guys. if youre paying an exorbidant thousand etc for a few feet, itd be a waist of that expensive space to not furnish your few meager feet... i know. had a awesome little like 6 by 15 ft trailer room, after my dad split a trailer bedroom into 2 rooms to fit 3 kids. nice loft bed, awsome PLASMA tv, with a laziboy. you nheed this stuff more when youre cramped. now i have a big ol 3 bedroom house and literally a $15 sofa lol. open space is its own premium luxery.

You're completely wrong. Small apartment means low rent, decorating a room unlike rent is a one time cost. This video is very helpful for people who want to make the most of the little they have and not look like a prison cell. The video was very creative and helpful.

I think this could possibly work if you got one of those sofa beds instead and then moved the keyboard desk to where the hidden storage is. Eta: that way the roommate still has their bed, but then it can folded in to create more space for when they arent using it
