My door is not perfectly aligned so whenever I lock the door from the outside the lock will beep annoyingly. If I have the autolocking feature enabled it will think it failed to lock, which it didn't, and keep attempting to relock itself for the rest of the day and beeping. It has been doing this since I bought it months ago. Is there a way to make the lock not so sensitive to pressure when it is locking itself? It can lock just fine, but it seems to want to keep beeping only when it faces a lot of pressure.

Securescreen is a nice feature. However, it's annoying when I'm in the middle of putting in my code and the two random numbers pop up again. Is it supposed to do that?

When I lock the door, there is a long beep with the lock and check symbols are flashing. When unlocked the door, it works well without beeping. Do you know why?

You need to drill the hole in the door frame that the bolt goes into deeper, so the bolt can extend completely. Mine did the same thing

Is there a stand alone app that works this lock? Everything you’ve suggested requires another device/service to use it. We’ve tried about 5 now. Very frustrating

it worked once and now it doesnt want to show anything on my screen....any ideas why? weird....the green light on the other side shows the unit is getting powered when the door is locked.

When waking up your touchscreen, it's best to touch the screen with multiple fingers, your palm, or the back of your hand until you hear a beep or the screen lights up.

My screen lights up with two numbers and I can’t enter my unlock code. Extremely annoying and I have to use a key to get in.

Hi Patricia - Here to help! If two digits appear, it means that the Secure Screen is enabled. Secure Screen is an added security feature that displays random digits that you must press first for all the numbers to appear. Then you can enter your access code to unlock the door. This feature ensures that there are fingerprints on all screen so that codes cannot be identified by examining the touchscreen for fingerprints. If desired, this feature can be disabled by pushing the small dip switch # 4 in the down position.
