This is nice, but I wasn't clear on one thing. Suppose I have a task whose start date is Feb 1, and expected end date is Feb 28, and it has been assigned to Resource X, who is on sick leave between Feb 7 - 11, how does the task automatically push out, (or conversely indicate that Resource X has to do more in the available weeks - overloading) ? This is dead easy to do in MSFT Project (automatic). does this re-assignment has to be done manually in SmartSheet?

Hi Sutanu - in this case it is manual, and that is how I prefer it on my projects as I'd always rather go in and make the changes where they are going to have a knock-on impact elsewhere
