What size belt are you using ? I have everything stock, I just deleted the smog. I also have AC

I would only be able to recommend measuring and starting from scratch. There’s another video I have for the alternator bracket delete where I might mention some sizes at the end. But I removed my AC long ago so I’m not sure what size you would need.

I picked up the Ford AC Delete kit. You pretty much have to use that or a bracket with a pulley on it. Here's the one on Amazon: amzn.to/31KnfSC About $10 cheaper from LMR but I think you pay shipping. LMR also has some discount codes form time to time.

Where did you end up having to cap the vacuum leak later on? At the manifold? Also, what did you use to temporarily plug the exhaust leak? Thank you!!
@Foxedup
4 жыл бұрын
I didn't remove quite enough of the vacuum lines in the video. I ended up removing another section and plugged every open line. If you leave any lines open, you're not going to idle right. There is one that I believe connects under the upper intake, but I cut it and capped it where I could see it. I'll plug the actual intake the next time I take it off. That was some random plug I had laying around, but you can use any bolt to clamp into a piece of hose. You can DM me on Instagram and I’ll send some pictures or a video. @gotmyphilosophy

@@Foxedup I would but I don't use any form of social media so... Sorry. How many vacuum lines did you have to cap? I thought there was only the one left from the manifold after you remove the pump?

Quick question. When my Foxbody had exhaust work done on it, the pipe that was connected to the H-pipe was cut, and is now causing an exhaust leak. Would it be possible for me to just cap the hose up top in the engine bay and avoid removing the entire smog system?
@Foxedup

Yes you can do that no problem.
