One difference between ducks and chickens is that ducks continue laying eggs into the winter months where chickens usually slow or stop altogether.
Having 7 laying ducks results in many eggs, so I thought I would try smoking some duck eggs on the Traeger grill.
They turned out awesome and are my new favorite way to eat duck eggs.
I smoked them for 45 minutes on the lowest temperature (165 degrees).
