These smoked jalapeno popper sausage boats are so easy to make and a great appetizer to show off to your friends.
As I was eating them, I realized slicing them into bite size pieces is the best way. You can serve them with tooth picks. Just make sure you cut slow with a very sharp knife or the cream cheese goes everywhere.
Ingredients:
Italian sausage
Cream cheese (block)
Jalapeños
Shredded cheddar cheese
Seasoning or black pepper
Smoke at 300 degrees for 1 hour
on a serving rack over a baking sheet.
