SMOKED KARARI MUTTON BIRYANI RECIPE
• Goat Meat 1 KG Boiled in 1 cups water and 1 Teaspoon salt and 1 Teaspoons Garlic paste and 1 Teaspoons Ginger Garlic paste
• Heat pan put boiled Mutton
• Add Green chilli paste 1 1/2 Teaspoon
• Add Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
• Add Ginger Chopped 1 Tablespoons
• Add Yoghurt 4 Tablespoons mix well cook for 3 minutes
• Add 6 or 7 Tomatoes cut put upon mutton and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes till Tomatoes Soft
• Rice 1 KG Pre-soaked 1 hours before
• Water Boiled
• Add Salt 2 Tablespoons
• Add Star Anise 2 pieces
• Add Bay Leaves 2 pieces
• Add Kewra Essence 1/4 Teaspoons
• Next put Koyla/ charcoal on flame
• Green chilli cut into medium
• Coriander Chopped handful
• Mint Leaves handful
• INGREDIENTS
• 1 Tablespoon Chaat Masala
• 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
• 1 Tablespoon Cumin Powder
• 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
• 1 Teaspoon Salt
• 1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
• 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
• 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
• Add all ingredients into Mutton cook for 1 minutes
• Add Oil 1 cup
• Add Dry Fenugreek Kasturi Methi 2 Teaspoons Cover and Cook medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes
• Put Coriander leaves and Mint leaves
• Put Red and Green chilli cut
• Put Lemon Juice 1 Tablespoons
• Make small bowl of aluminium foil and keep upon Mutton Gravy and keep burnt Koyla/charcoal in bowl and put oil and give Smoke as you need
• Put Kewra Essence 1/2 Teaspoon in Mutton Gravy and Mix well
• And put Boiled Rice upon Mutton Gravy
• Put Red Food Colour 1/4 Teaspoon
• Put Yellow Food Colour 1/4 Teaspoon
• Put Fried Onion 1 cup
• Put Butter 3 Teaspoons and give dum for 10 to 12 minutes
• Dish out and serve hot smoked Briyani with raita.
