Manual Focus
Tip 1 Use the correct type of wood. Choose a mild flavor wood like a apple, cherry, or any fruit wood or combination of.
Tip 2 Smoke these at a higher temp. Do not smoke these low and slow. The smoke will overpower the delicate lobster meat.
Ingredients
3-5 Lobster Tails
Cajun Seasoning or Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Smoked Paprika
1 Stick of Butter
1/2 Lemon Squeezed
Fresh Parsley
Fresh Thyme
4 Cloves Garlic Minced
Smoking Directions:
Smoke on 350 degrees for the first 15 mins then reducing the temp to 300⁰ until internal temp reaches at least 140°. Baste the Lobster tails
10-15 Mins into the cook with butter and allow to finish smoking .
