Using our Green Mountain Grill Davy Crockett smoker with a fruitwood blend pellet, we cook a slab of St. Louis style spareribs purchased at our local Aldi store. Buckee's rib rub is used in making these dry rub ribs at a cooking temperature around 225 degrees for about 4 hours.
