Holy, those look so good and delicious. I just got some venison ribs the other day from my butcher shop. I have a Traeger that I want to smoke them on. I really want to get some elk ribs too to try as well. Cheers man

When you trimmed them...it looks like you left the fat and only got the silver skin off correct?...the fat should break down during that long cook ?

Shot and killed the deer harvested in the deer sounds more hippie / millennial BS. Hunted and shot killed and butchered the deer all there is to it made some good barbecue great video.
