Thank you for watching my smoked wagyu brisket video. On this video, I smoked up a wagyu brisket on my Yoder Frontiersman and rested it for 14 hours in my PK100 smoker. I recently filmed a couple of brisket videos where I used beef tallow and I wanted to see if not using tallow but starting with a premium brisket would yield similar if not better results. This Midland Meat Co brisket didn't need any beef tallow added to it and the flavor was so darn good!
