Like our burgers done. I use half lump & half briquettes, with a few chunks of wood. Cook on grill grates and burgers have good char and done to our liking. Always have fire left.

Loved the Rio Linda comment, God Bless Rush. Question on the PK. I'm going to be purchasing the 360 and I'm debating on the color. If you had to do it again would you get the same color? Your thoughts are appreciated. I'm most concerned about how each color is going to look years down the road.

Hello, Andrew, and thank you! Yes, I’d go with the graphite again purely out of personal preference. The finish is holding up well so far. Thanks, again!

Love the wings and your review of the PK was spot on (last video). I really like the the PK360 and tossing the thought of buying one around. My only issue is I don't think it's big enough watching people cook on it. Doing indirect doesn't leave much space for full racks of ribs. I do at least 2 racks at a time and it doesn't look like they will fit unless cut in half and placed in a rib rack. I might be wrong but before dropping that kind of cash on a grill it has to fit my needs no matter how much I like it! But the joke, keep trying, i'll be listening. Don't quit your day time job just yet!

Thank you, Mike F! I haven’t attempted larger product like ribs on the PK and share your concern regarding the space available even with a rib rack or additional shelving. In my situation, at least, there may be some issue with maintaining cooking temps over the long periods required for product such as ribs, etc. I’ve been doing some comparative cooking on the PK and a plain ol’ Weber kettle with interesting results which I may get around to covering one of these days. In the end, however, it’s a very expensive grill and I’m just not sure it’s worth it unless you just like having nice stuff!

Keep the "for those of you in Rio Linda" zingers coming and I'm watching every video. Also, that polar bear joke was terrible.
