I made this as per the recipe (I always do this for the first time before I change anything) and it was perfection. I won't change a thing going forward when making it again.

That looks great! One thought I had was to put the cream cheese in the freezer for a couple of hours prior to smoking it. Might make scoring it easier & assist in it picking up the smoke. I'm going to try this soon on my Yoder YS640. Thanks Suzie & Todd.

Looks delicious! You have confirmed my two thoughts about smoking cream cheese. 1. Don't do it on foil and block the smoke from the bottom of the block. 2. You don't need to smoke at 225º. A lower temperature will give you more smoke.
