I doubt very few people on here actually know what food cooked on cast iron actually taste like. It in itself is a thing to actually experience. But cast iron over wood coals is something all together different. The cast iron takes away bitterness, adds a kinda sweetness to everything. And the wood coals makes everything smoky. Shit is absolutely heavenly. Don’t believe me. Try just regular old GRANDS. Biscuits cooked over coals, in good seasoned cast iron. You can put a biscuit on top of your head and your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get that biscuit!
