I recently upgraded my dehydrator, and went ahead and picked up a LEM 468 Jerky Cannon. This is going to save me SO MUCH TIME. Great video!

Great vid!!! I prefer the flat ones just a little tip for you when you get done pouring you mixture in the meat make a big meat ball and wipe of the dish you mix the seasons in.

Not sure I understand your suggestions here about wiping the dish I mixed the seasonings in? I tossed it in a my sink where it sits in soapy water until I'm finished and ready to clean the dishes...

The little bowl that you mix the water and seasonings in take a hand full of meat and wipe the little bowl out to get the rest of the seasonings out.

I typically use a 90/10 blend. Excess fat can cause the jerky to go rancid, but I've never had a problem (and I don't use a nitrite cure, though I do vacuum seal them individually, and keep them in the fridge).
